  1. This privacy policy determines the way of recruiting, processing and protecting personal data as defined in the Data Protection Act from 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, as amended pos. 883) and with act on the service delivery with electronic means from 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, as amended pos. 1204).
  2. The Cracow University of Technology is the Data Adminstrator (further defined as the Administrator)


  1. Personal data is being entered by employees of the college having access into lists of graduates. Data is being entered based on authorizing the college to track the graduate after the completion - signed by the student.
  2. Without consent which is being talked about in pt 1 data is not being entered.
  3. Every person whose data is in the system has a right to access to its contents and the possibility of correcting it, updating, supplementing, as well as demanding ceasing processing of personal data and making an objection towards processing personal data. Mentioned activities can be done by sending the appropriate statement to the relevant address for the Administrator.
  4. The administrator is reserving the right to the refusal to remove user data, if it is necessary in the destination of the realization of claims or if effective laws and regulations require it.
  5. Personal data is in no way available to yhe third persons and the results of conducted surveys serve only statistical purposes and are not connected with users.
  6. All data entered by employers serves only statistical purposes.
  7. The administrator is protecting collected personal data using the following means:
    1. encryption of data being used for an authorization of the user,
    2. enforcing the SSL certificate,
    3. protecting the data set against the unauthorized access. Account access only after giving the individual login name and the password.


  1. The administrator is announcing, that while using the EPAK platform in the computer of the visitor of the platform so-called cookies are being written.
  2. Cookies are small text files used exclusively for the user authentication at the another visit of the platform. Cookies are not storing and processing personal data and in no way are violating the privacy of the visitor. Cookies are harmless for the computer of the visitor, are not changing its configuration, neither for its user and its data.


  1. The administrator is reserving the right for changes in the privacy policy.
  2. In unsettled matters with this privacy policy applicable regulations of the Polish law are applicable.
